Prachi is a diversity trainer and researcher in Tourism & Hospitality and has trained hundreds of hospitality staff for inclusion. She is a regular contributor to international magazines focusing on inclusion within Tourism and Hospitality and has published in multiple international academic journals.

Organizing Inclusion

Prachi has organized glocal webinars across Asia focusing on addressing women’s issues within Tourism & Hospitality businesses. Coordinating with diverse clients on management and delivery of webinars that saw thousands of attendees, give Prachi an edge on understanding multicultural work environments.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Training

Prachi delivers DEI training to different stakeholders including tour operators, tour guides, and hotels. Her efforts for training include the creation of safe spaces for solo female travellers and individuals with differences.

With her lively interaction and training delivery methods, Prachi has delivered effective virtual diversity training across countries.

Academic Research & Teaching

Prachi’s research focuses on normalising travel experiences for women travellers. Her interest in research also covers social sustainability, inclusion, and competency development of hospitality staff. Prachi actively engages in delivering lectures at international institutions covering topics related to inclusion within tourism. She has virtually visited Centennial College, Canada, Florida Atlantic University, USA, and University College of Northern Denmark for sharing her expertise with students.
